Rates & Restrictions

$125 per night + tax for 2 persons

$25.00/night + tax for each additional guest over the age of 12

Minimum 2 nights stay required

The house may accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child

 Refundable cleaning deposit equal to one night's stay for groups over 2 persons

All children are welcome
No charge for 12 and under

Check-In at 4:00 p.m., Check-Out by 12:00 noon

No pets/No smoking inside house

Twin-size trundle bed in alcove just off living room, (can pull out bottom trundle for a child)
