A sample hearty breakfast, served in the large dining room, might include: a fresh fruit plate (strawberries, bananas, grapes, kiwi, apples) followed by baked grapefruit, which is an Iron Horse Inn tradition. Our breakfast entrees vary from day to day, but include: egg Picante with Italian sausage, 5-cheese casserole, spinach sausage quiche, Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries, pecans & whipped cream, or egg crepes. Our guests rave about our breakfasts, which always include meat (side dish or main), homemade bran muffins, biscuits, coffee cakes, etc. and our generous proportions of fruit, fruit, fruit! One thing for sure, you don't need a lunch ticket for anyplace on the square after you've had an Iron Horse Inn breakfast!!
