POLICIES AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to the Cancellation Policy listed below. You have agreed you will pay for all services, products reservations, and applicable taxes that you, or those using your credit card, have ordered. You agree to pay a $6.50 processing fee to North Texas Classic Reservation Service for every reservation made thru the service. This fee will be paid at the same time all other room and package charges are paid. This fee does not apply when there is a cancellation fee assessed. There can be no Weddings or parties at any of the units we represent without written consent of the property owner. You agree that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. You also agree that all the information you have furnished to North Texas Classic Reservation Service is true and accurate. Homeowners reserve the right to inspect the property at any time for any damage or Extra Persons. You agree any Extra Persons staying at the property will be billed to your credit card at the published rate. You agree any Loss or Damage to the property will be billed to your credit card at the owner’s discretion. North Texas Classic Reservation Service makes accommodation reservations, we are not responsible for the management, maintenance, or care of the properties represented on our Web site. The units are all privately owned and operated. The owners or their managers are responsible for the guest's satisfaction. All prices and amenities are subject to change without notice.

North Texas Classic Reservation Service is not responsible for injury to guests or their invitees or damage/loss to their property.

Following a reservation, you will receive by mail, fax or e-mail:

• A letter of confirmation
• Directions to the bed and breakfast
• Key pick-up information
• Other pertinent information pertaining to the Bed and Breakfast Property you have reserved

We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Money orders. We will accept a personal or company check, but it must be in our hands no later than 10 days before your arrival date.

You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card guarantee. All credit cards are run 10 days or less before your check-in date. If you cancel 10 days or more before check-in date, your credit card will be charged $35.00 for the cancellation. No exceptions.

A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made for failure to cancel 10 days or more before check-in date. In other words, if you cancel 10 days or less prior to the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged full price unless we are able to rebook your reservation dates.

GROUP RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

A Group is defined as any person or party reserving Five (5) or more units either in the same name or different names. North Texas Classic Reservation Service defines units as any Traditional Bed and Breakfast Room, Suite, Guest House, Cabin or Cottage that is represented. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking, the additional 50% balance due will be charged to the guarantor’s credit card 21 days before time of arrival. For cancellations 21 or more days before time of arrival, a $35.00 per unit charge will be applied. Cancellations 20 days or less before time of arrival will result in loss of the entire deposit and unless we can rebook the units, the entire amount will be charged for each room. Homeowners DO NOT allow parties or gatherings in their units unless written permission is given in advance. If such parties or gatherings occur, guests may be asked to leave and/or be billed at an additional $250.00 per every hour the party or gathering occurred.

North Texas Classic Reservation Service reserves the right to refuse our services or lodging to anyone.

We reserve the right to move guests if unforeseen events or circumstances occur.

North Texas Classic Reservation Service is not liable for any problems that may occur to your computer because of computer viruses. North Texas Classic Reservation Service is not responsible in any way for loss or damage to equipment or data.
